In this position you will be responsible for the Russian market and you will play the key role in the active business development by strengthening the relationship with existing customers (Key Accounts) and by gaining new and strategic customers for your company! You are working and collaborating with an exclusive russian partner company with responsibility for daily business and that is relevantly managed by you in a strategic manner.

You will ..

  • look for opportunities to grow the business
  • develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue and business growth
  • analyze sales and other reports that give insight to improve sales performance
  • follow, monitor and understand the market trends and competition activities
  • plan and achieve agreed targets with a clear focus on sales volume and contribution margin
  • work out and implement necessary measures to ensure the achievement of the agreed goals

You work from your office in Austria, where you will spend half of your time and in close cooperation with the branch office in Russia, where you will be travelling the other half of your time.

You are someone with a high commercial awareness, an excellent understanding of the current market of your company’s business and pronounced interpersonal skills. You are able to develop strong, trusting and sustainable relationships with clients in B2B.

If this is you ..

You have completed a commercial and/or technical education and many years of experience in Sales (B2B) in the food industry. You have a good feeling for opportunities in the markets, very important are good negotiating skills. Determination and assertiveness make you successful.

You are able do develop an ambitious but realistic commercial strategy and to translate it into an actionable plan. You meet deadlines for projects and tasks, you are organized and manage time effectively. You are self paced, make things happen and own responsibility for the results.

You either live near the headquarter of our client, which is located in a very attractive city in Austria, you are ready to move there or spend half of your time there in a second home.

You are willing and enjoy travelling 50% of your time.

You speak fluent Russian and English as well as at least good German. Additional languages are welcome.
